All of our Massage Therapists are Registered Massage Therapists with the provincial association,
MTAS (Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan - www.saskmassagetherapy.com).

Shalla Riemer, RMT:

 

Shalla began practicing massage therapy in the Regina & Lumsden area in 1999. She graduated from The Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. After 11 years of working in multidisciplinary clinics she decided to open her own clinic, Healthy Roots (summer of 2010).  She is also involved with the provincial association (MTAS) as a practical examiner for the entrance exam.  Her treatments include Deep Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping Massage (fire cupping), Advanced Pregnancy Massage (Pre & Post Natal), TMJ Massage (intra-oral Jaw treatment), Sports Massage, Joint Play, Myofascial Release, Infant Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Stretching and Hydrotherapy. She is accepting new patients, as well as RCMP and DVA (Department of Veterans' Affairs) patients at this time.

 

Shalla owns a unique pregnancy massage table which allows pregnant patients to lay on their stomach while receiving their treatment (more comfortable and still safe for the baby). She also has a massage chair which enables patients that cannot lay down to receive treatment seated.

Amy Beitel, RMT:

 

Amy has been practicing massage therapy since graduating from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2012. She is excited to continue expanding her knowledge of new techniques with lots of massage continuing education courses in mind.  Amy’s treatment techniques include Deep Tissue Therapy, Cupping Massage, Myofascial Release, TMJ Massage, Therapeutic & Relaxation Massage. She treats SGI, WCB, RCMP & DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs) patients.

Jericho Eliese, RMT:

 

Jericho has been practicing since 2007 after graduating from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies. She is a strong believer in massage therapy and all the benefits it offers and will be taking other courses in the future to expand her skills. She has worked with many different kinds of clients providing stress relief and therapeutic massage to help with many different ailments. She treats SGI, WCB, RCMP and DVA (Department of Veterans' Affairs) patients.

Ashley Tidy, RMT:

 

Ashley has been practicing massage therapy since graduating from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2014. She is a firm believer in the health benefits massage can bring to any individual.  Ashley’s treatment techniques include Deep Tissue Therapy, Cupping, Therapeutic and Relaxation massage, Myofascial Release and Sports Massage. She wishes to further her knowledge of massage through various continuing education courses.  She is accepting new patients and RCMP/DVA (Department of Veterans' Affairs).

Michelle Adair, RMT:

 

Michelle has been practicing massage therapy since graduating from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2013. Michelle is excited to continue expanding her knowledge of new techniques through continuing education courses. She is also part of the Sports Massage Therapy team of Western College, and can be seen at various sporting events throughout Regina and surrounding area. Michelle’s treatments techniques include Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Therapeutic and and Relaxation Massage. She treats SGI, WBC, RCMP, and DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs) patients.

Kim Schneider, RMT, RCRT:

 

Kim graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2016. Her treatment techniques include Deep Tissue Therapy, Therapeutic & Relaxation Massage. She treats SGI, WCB, RCMP & DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs) patients.

 

Kim Schneider is also a CERTIFIED INFANT MASSAGE TEACHER (CIMT). With her love for children and babies she believes that nurturing touch is an important part of a babies development.
